Great location, very good full breakfast, Target and Longhorn across the street and easy access to interstate getting downtown Nashville. Rooms clean, large and staff was awesome.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Rooms are a little dated and got humid in the heat of summer. But good room and service.

Very awkward hotel. Difficult to walk anywhere, very hilly parking lot, poor ramps, difficult to move around and move luggage from one vehicle to room. Would not stay here again.

Have stayed here several times. Everything is well maintained. I feel this hotel is a good value for the Nashville area. It's a quick drive to the Vandy/Belmont area and other things like the Zoo.

Stayed the night traveling from vacation. The lady that checked us in wasn’t the most friendly person but the gentleman this morning was. Breakfast was well stocked and nice. Our room was nice. The hallway going into room was questionable. Not really a good first impression to our room. The area was quiet and close to other stores etc.

Walking into the Best Western gave me the old Vegas hotel vibe. Everything feels a bit cramped and dated. The TV remote was sticky, the bed pillows lumpy and that dark highly patterned carpet always leaves the impression that it comes pre-stained from the factory. On a positive note, the room was large, the bathroom was modern and clean and the staff was friendly. If it hadn't been so easy to listen to the neighboring room's music or hearing late arrivals through the thin doors, I would have given it a higher rating.

Great overnight stay. No elevators so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. Breakfast was served but less quality than over hotels I’ve stayed. This property offered a great value for the stay.

Surprisingly clean, quiet, and calm hotel. The bed was super comfortable. Not enough parking (they said they were fully booked) but they told us where we could park nearby.
