It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby

Room looked pretty good when opened the door, floors never clean, if you go barefooted or in sock feet your feet will turn black or your socks will, we stay here often, love the staff but the room floors are awful, breakfast was good, they didn’t have liquid creamer like the usually do, no apple juice and the orange juice was unsweetened so sour, besides that on the casino side the step was closed it was so inconvience to get to room, there was no ice in either of the ice machines, my refrigerator didn’t have a freezer which I needed for my ice packs, our comforter had something crusty on one side beige in color looked like dried seamen, even tough I really like me the lady at desk I will be looking for another hotel, they need to do some serious remodeling or patch up something’s before they have to shut down for major renovation!

The room was ok. Desk clerk was not friendly. A/C worked fine. Parking lot was full of loiters when we arrived. Next door room was overly noisy into late evening-11:30-midnight. Heard a gunshot outside my door after midnight but no police or security were present anytime afterward. Breakfast was poor. No regular coffee, only decaf available. Hot items were undercooked biscuits and tasteless white gravy. Make your own waffles were good. Small selection of breads were stale. Will not be staying there again-felt unsafe. Will not recommend to anyone.
