Great hotel, we stayed here last minute when there was an issue with the room that we booked at the Gatlinburg Town Square. Staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was beautiful. The only thing I could say (thats not even a complaint) about is that the parking lot in front of the hotel fills up pretty quickly in the evening but they had overflow parking behind the building. Would definitely stay here again!

What an exciting concept and unique style for a hotel. They took an old, run down hotel that probably dated back to the 60's and turned it into a fun, no big frills hotel. Great location, nice pool and hot tub and on site restaurant. We loved the room and parking was easy. The restaurant which has an amazing menu unfortunately had a gas leak so we weren't able to try it (next time because the menu looked fabulous). You really can't go wrong at the Wayback if you understand it is just an old hotel that has had a face lift and offers a great location and fun vibe.
