Bed bugs!!!!!!

The hotel was filthy on the outside. grossest experience I have ever encountered in all my years of hotel stays. These pictures make me nauseous. The bed was infested with these huge bed bugs. The entire room looked like the roof had caved in and was falling apart. Needless to say we never let anything but our feet touch the floor!!! Hotels customer Service, however was on point once we contacted and sent pictures they refunded my money and we were able to get another hotel room.

Not safe

I didn’t stay it’s not safe there. I checked in and go to the room to see ppl standing out there doing drugs and drinking like that’s the hang out spot. Police was called and they said nothing they could do unless they was fighting. I wasn’t the only one that checked right out there was three other ppl that checked out first.

Tha room was dirty(dried food on the floor, rusty,dirty safe.holes in the walls all over the place. The tv had no legs and was sitting on the dresser leaning against the wall. I didn't stay and am still waiting on my refund.

Horrible, scary

I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. The surrounding area felt very unsafe, and I was extremely concerned for the wellbeing of my children and myself. The hotel itself did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and security. We did not feel comfortable staying the night and chose to leave early. I strongly urge management to address these serious concerns to better protect future guests.

Never Again.

The staff/ maintenance man was very polite but he was only one person. Our room smell very bad. We had dirty towels in or room. Stained sheets, burned holes in the bed spreads. Burn markes on bathroom sink. Bathroom door rubbed toilet as you opened the door. The top of the door would stick and pull apart. The door had two nails that were sticking out where they tried to nail the door back together. The stairs were covered in trash. Slip hazard. Beer cans thrown all at the bottom of the stairs. They changed my room but the other room was about the same. I would have changed Hotels except everything was booked due to conventions and ballet in town. I would like a refund but I had to stay there.

The faucet ran…not dripped the entire time. We turned off the valves under the sink to get it to stop. I had to ask for a broom after entering the room as the floor was quite dirty.
