Great location, friendly host....will use again

We stayed here for 3 nights and were really pleased with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near to the Vatican City and within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Ottaviano Metro with local bus stops literally on the door step. The nearest Metro was about a 20 minute journey to the main Termini station where we were then able to get a train to and from the airport which took about an hour. The café for breakfast was lovely and located literally a minutes walk away, we were given vouchers to use where there were 3 menu choices available however we were able to swap these for other items available with ease. Tommy was a pleasure to meet and was kind, helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The hotel room was simple but had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay, with tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and air conditioning. We would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple stay in a great location with a friendly host.

Não era um hotel conforme o que falava, difícil comunicação com a equipe, demoravam horas para respondem, era raro encontrar algum funcionário. Parecia um hostel. Ar condicionado e geladeira não funcionavam direito e estava muito quente no período que ficamos. O chuveiro também era péssimo, só saiam água por alguns buracos. O atendente era educado, mas demorava. A localização era muito próxima ao Vaticano. O quarto era novo.

Les apparts sont parfaitement situés, une jolie maison au charme historique. La pièce est grande, beaucoup d'air et de lumière. La réception est également disponible tardivement, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception après le check-out Mais le ménage est très mauvais, la poussière et les cheveux sont partout et ce n'est pas encore la haute saison. Après avoir changé les linges, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans serviettes et ne pouvions pas prendre de douche. les premiers jours, la douche était cassée, puis réparée. moisissure sous la douche. pas d’insonorisation, fenêtres vieilles et notre chambre était située à l’entrée des appartements , les portes claquaient
