Siisti huone, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvät palvelut mm. ravintola, aulakahvila, keilahalli ja kylpylä. Kylpylä on pienestä koostaan huolimatta mukava lisä, varsinkin kun kuuluu huoneen hintaan. Miesten puolella hyvät saunat, naisten puolella olisi kaivattu myös yhtä ihan kunnolla lämmintä saunaa. Positiivista koko paikassa erittäin hyvä siisteys ja todella timanttinen, ystävällinen ja asiansa taitava henkilökunta.

Huone olisi voinut olla paremmin imuroitu. Etenkin karvamatto oli hyvin pöyinen ja roskainen. Vauvan kanssa tähän kiinnitti huomiota, sillä vauva nuohosi mattoa paljon. Aamiaisravintolassa ei ollut mikroa, jolla lämmittää vauvan ruuat. Tämä olisi hyvä kehityskohde! :)
