Very nice. Conveniently next to Kyoto train and bus terminal. Room has opening windows and a bathroom fan that is strong enough to remove moisture. The hot water for the bath can be easily temperature controlled. Plenty of charging ports in the room. Washer & dryer coin laundry is 800 yen and only accepts 100 yen coins.

Hotel is cross street to Aeon mall, about 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are clean. Bed is okay but the bracket is a bit too small for two person. Definitely will come back.

Basic, Very compact & bijou like many Japanese city hotels. Excellent location for train station and eateries. No daily house clean. Lugage storage available, no early check in, from 4pm only. Very slow, receptionist help you usecheck in machine.
