The staff and service at the Fenwick Inn was perfect, the room was clean and well laid out with lots of USB and regular outlets.
When we checked in, we noticed that our refrigerator wasn't working and that we would like a microwave oven (no additional charge, you just have to request it). I told the front desk staff and within minutes, a maintenance person and the front desk person delivered the microwave and looked at the fridge. They replaced it with another one that was already cold. The Fenwick Inn is pet friendly and the staff love dogs.
My major complaint was the poor WiFi in the room, which was mostly unusable (0.1 Mbps upload & download during the evening). I put my laptop in the bathroom and let it sit for hours during the day, it eventually uploaded my pictures. I brought a Roku, but that barely connected and I couldn't use it due to low bandwidth. I reported that, but there wasn't anything they could do, but they should have WiFi access points in every room. The lobby had good WiFi (100Mbps down/38Mbps up). The cable TV was missing channels, but I didn't report that until after we checked out.
