The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped.
The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations.
Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill.
