The front office girl checking us in was the friendliest I've ever met, she was great. The room air was extremely stale and smelly, which usually subsides once the fans get going, but this room didn't change. Very patchy attempts at repairs and repainting. White doors very dirty around doorknobs.

We needed to sleep on a road trip and thus us what we chose. We had our dog with us also so that meant we needed to get a designated pet room. We stayed in room 325 and it was DISGUSTING. The urine smell was overwhelming, the room seemed to be unkempt in general. It was pretty gross. And this is pertaining to going with a pet, no clue how regular rooms were. I didn't even bother to move to a different move, pretty sure they would be the same. So husband said well suck it up for the night and keave first thing in the morning. I didn't even get to shower. It was pretty bad

One guest warned in a review to not go by the pictures. That person was 100% correct. We had no soap or shampoo in our room. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel, and I’ve traveled to 50 states!

Got in late. First room smelled like urine. Went back to front desk and asked for a different room. It smelled cleaner, then I put something in the refrigerator a roach crawled out. Was scared to sleep on the hard bed because i didn't want something to crawl on me.

Not for families! This place is absolutely disgusting! Every inch of the room was covered in some sort of filth. Getting of the elevator on the 3rd floor you are immediately hit with the smell of weed. Thought if we just got in the room we could make it work for the few hours we would be there to just get some sleep but nope! Room was filthy. The last straw was when we pulled back the covers and the sheets were stained with you know what. We ended up leaving and am getting the rin around on my refund. I have pictures to prove the trash this place was.

Thenroom was clean bit worn for a Baymont. Breakfast was less than desireable. Folks asked for artificial sweeteners and told they dont have as people steal it. (Perhaps do as McDonalds, just hand out what is needed when requested.) But selections were slim and poor quality.

You get what you pay for I guess. Rooms ok, hotel is older. You can see staff doesn’t really care to take care of it. Breakfast was a joke, they would only put out 6 items at a time. Even with 20 guests standing there. Waffles and yogurt fine. Rest don’t bother. Everything but the waffle maker was broken.

Having to get an approval from management late at night to do anything. Especially after driving for 10+ hours. Broken TV, granted I was warned about it. Using the room for storage. Poor breakfast. Watered-down apple juice and orange juice. Warm waffle batter. And only toast and cold biscuits with luke warme gravey. Just a very bad experience. However I do not blame the receptionist during the stay. She was kind, courteous and very nice to work with. Along with the morning receptionist

In need of major updates. Everything looked old the doorknobs & locks in the doors were inadequate (as in not working). The only good thing was the water pressure. There weren’t enough towels stocked in the room for two people. The desk clerk was nice enough but even she seemed embarrassed by the condition of the hotel & kept apologizing

Yes the room was very nice and hotel accommodated my special requests. It was a very well kept hotel. Breakfast hours didn't work for our schedule on the weekend but on Friday we did enjoy their breakfast
