The hotel was great and accommodating. The staff especially the girl overnight was amazing. The check in was great and really took care of us after flooding occurred in our house. My one pet was ok to stay with us! Thank you as you all truly know how to go out of your way to help through these hard times. The pool and hot tub were warm and amazing! We stay at places that keep their pool warm and maintained. Wish the pool can be opened later like 11 would be better. Keep up the great work

The places that like the pictures show NASA clean everything looks small heater. It was making a lot of noise the breakfast. He was not even what they supposed to. They make a double charge on my credit card after I call. Try to figure it out. Everything goes straight out.
