Don't bother

If you are staying 1 night or 2 this hotel is ok. If you stay longer don't bother. There were 2 people in our room. They literally give you 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person. And a .88 oz of bar soap and a very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. There is a sign on the mirror that states there is housekeeping after your third night. Lies! I was there 5 nights and after the third night I didn't receive housekeeping services. I went to the front desk and at first was told that I must have been in the room. I said no I was gone all day. After the gentleman called housekeeping I was told I didn't ask for housekeeping. Since when do you have to ask? I told him the sign on the mirror states every third day. I was able to get fresh towels every other day along with soap and the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was ok. Breads, some fruits, cereal (that actually wasn't stale), oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, and you can make your own waffle. The pool area was pretty dirty due to unruly guests who left stuff all over. A worker looked at the room and left without doing anything. The traffic noise was terrible. I've never stayed where I could hear every semi that went by. The site isn't letting me upload any of the photos I took

Irritating

The front desk people was never available, couldn’t get supplies I need ex. Towels and garbage bags. Cleaning lady was rude. No night time rules kids was stomping and running all night for two nights. Guest was smoking had to get a room change they did that with no problem

The check in was a little unpleasant because i was given a room that was already rented out. Arrived to the room it was trash everywhere and was an unpleasant smell. I went downstairs to inform them and they were very apologetic and quick with a solution. Overall it was a nice stay and we enjoyed our time.

Not so great experience

my family stay here seven days on vacation. The hotel was average, considering the price. At first size, the rooms were decent. They seem to be clean but there were some things left behind from previous guests like a deodorant cap. I know they don’t clean the room unless you ask, but when I asked for the room to be clean after day five nothing was cleaned. every time I ask for towels didn’t have towels unless it was the next day. The comforters were not thick or warm and my day was in Chicago so it was freezing outside in a nice comfy blanket would have been great.

Every hotel near this one is better

Staying here was a mistake we won’t make again. Filthy room and hotel in general. Stains on the sheets, sticky floor in some spots and slippery in others. Low to no water pressure in the shower. Someone spilled something in the elevator and instead of cleaning it they just put a sign up and left it there all night into the morning

Comfort bed bad service on front desk

A lot of noise in the hallway. My towels has pubic hair, very disgusting! The next day an ask to someone clean my room and the lady on front desk tell me I supposed to say that 24 hrs in advance. But the cleaning service was so nice with me. I have pain and she found me and ibuprofen.

The Front Desk was very Helpful the girl while I was paying for the room had found that somehow I had a booking twice for the same dates She Immediately cancelled the one So I would not be charged twice Thank Goodness she was so efficient!
