Not a pleasant stay

Our room had only the bare necessities cleaned (sink, bed linens, towels). Not sure if the tub, carpet, floor, or toilet bowl had been cleaned recently. There was no place to sit outside on the little patio and they would not allow us to use the breakfast room to sit after breakfast hours. The continental breakfast was very minimal - not much offered. Walls, carpeting and stairwell looked dirty. Reading other reviews this has been going on for a couple years and the management has no desire to do anything about it. They obviously aren’t going to put any money into the hotel. It’s too bad because it’s a great location but we will not be staying there again.

The staff are exceptional! A refurbishment of the Inn is long overdue, especially the carpet, which appears to have been installed by amateurs, so issues were inevitable.

My wife and I had to cancel the trip a day before we left to go to the hotel, because of an emergency with the family, and the hotel did not would not give us a refund because it was past the deadline! Very disappointed they did not understand this family situation we had come up.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel needs an update, microwave is a dial microwave. Room smelled musty and of old cigarette smoke when we arrived but that disappeared after running the ac all day. Curtains and floor had lots of stains. There was dried fecal matter on the outside of the tub next to the toilet. Shower/tub seemed to be just set into place and fastened or caulked in. Shower head was horrendous with either just a steady stream of water or fiery acid rain. On our arrival we immediately were stuck in the elevator and had to call for help. Used the hot tub a single night and was burned by the amount of chemical in the hot tub. Hot tub smelled like heavy bleach and not chlorine. Hotel worked for what we needed but would not stay again.

Los cuartos están descuidados, el desayuno solo había cerial, 2 bollitos para todos y bolsas de pan sin abrir, creo que se quedaron sin responsable de la cocina, las camas estan muy comodas, pero el cuarto le faltan algunas reparaciones.
