I spent 6 nights in this hotel and I can tell that the service from the staff is excellent, everyone were kind and receptive. The breakfast was wide in options and the room was pretty cool🙌. Also there was a trolley station just around the corner. I highly recommend it if you want to go visit Frankfurt🙂‍↕️

First room smelt of sweat, so they changed my room. Second room was better, but at night i noticed that the 4 pillows all had really bad deep smells. They do not use pillow protectors over the pillow, which meant that sweat and stains accumulate easily on the pillows itself. I asked for my pillows to be changed, slight improvement, but still not great. It the fact that the pillows themselves are barely protected, and pillow case is very thin. I booked a double bed, but was given 2 single beds. Everytime the next door room put in their card you could hear the start up noice, very loud especially if that person is in and out at night alot. Some stains on the bathroom walls, and on the desk chair. Over all very average, i paid an extortionate price because it was during an expo. Carpet made the room dusty, and i had my allergy flares. There was a constant air that was centralised, so made air dry. Breakfast, very average in terms of choice of non processed foods. Just extremely extremely average, unfortunately.

The staff was really rude, they spoke arabic and they was in discussion in front of the quest of the Hotel. The hospitality is on really low level and they way how they act and behave is not on proffesional level. They wanted to charge us 3 times for something that we didint used. The bed is bad.
