After checking in, the TV appeared to not work. Immediately reported to the front desk, and was told that nothing could be done until the next morning. Checked at the front desk the following morning, and was told it was first on the list of items for maintenance. At 1:30pm, maintenance eventually came to the room. The one man move a cord on the back, actually the sensor that detects the signal from the remote, and said that the TV was working. AS SET UP, it was not, and this person continued to argue with me. Very unprofessional and not helpful. Why could we not have been told about the sensor sooner? Almost a full day there without TV.
On checkout, the manager was not behind the counter to print a receipt for us.
Bathroom showed signs of dirt in the tub.
Worst hotel experience ever. Terrible customer service.
