Not meeting Hyatt's values

This place is horrible they do not live up to the Hyatt’s values of focusing on care, cleanliness, comfort, and personalized service for customers. The hotel is dirty and they cannot provide you with towels or blankets. I had six people and was only provided 3 towels for two days of my stay. The furniture is dirty and other areas of the room is broken and dirty.

Gotta bring down ur dirty towels

The stay started off shakey. When I got off my plane to arrive in Houston my card was charged for the stay of the room. I opted to pay at the hotel. My credit card put a fraud check on my card. That was inconvenient. The girl in the front was nice at first. We got to the room. It was nice but you could tell it was old. The beds kinda dipped in the middle and my cousins bed was pushing away from the wall when she would lay in it. The shower head was leaking while it ran and water got all over the floor. On the second day we left and came back and our towels had not been changed and our room had not been cleaned. I called nd the front desk girl said they could change our towels, if I brought down our dirty ones. Then when I told her okay can she have the maintenance bring new towels she said “I dont have her personal number.” When I asked for a manager she got an even bigger attitude nd said no manager was available. The next day the manager never reached out to us about our concerns.

Excellent Location, Friendly staff

Everything was perfect about the location and size of rooms. The property is older but well maintained. The only issue I had was the smell of smoke & cannabis in the room. I requested to be moved but was told by the desk that they were fully booked. If you have allergies or a very sensitive nose, make sure you request a room far from the elevators or on a floor not frequently used or you will experience the same discomfort that We experienced. Safe Travels.

Hyatt House way below par

The hotel claimed to be going under remodel. The room had been painted by a 2 yr old, the window was over sprayed with pain and the window shades were sticking to the window. The AC unit stunk like humidity and its thermostat sensor was not working. The shower/tub shower was below 3rd world class (over sprayed paint in the tub, shower head had no movement since it had been poorly repaired), the tile floor corners were dirty. The carpet across the hotel, hallways and room was just nasty- dirty and smelly. The lighting in the room was awful (eco friendly is one thing, but when you have to keep all the lights on to see that is ridiculous). Finally, the noise, although there was a 9:30PM courtesy quiet down time, no one enforced rowdy guest when ask to confront the situation. I have been a fan of Hyatt house hotels in my past travels, this time this one earned a -1 in my book.

Front desk was rude , booked a double bed when arrived he told me there was only single bed left even though I booked for a double bed , out of 4 rooms we booked for double bed only one room was given to us that was a double bed . Should’ve inform us instead of waiting till we check in to tell us . Will not be coming back to this location

Would not stay here ever again. Hot water 1 day out of 3. Horrible bed woke up with back and hip pain very squeaky and noisy bed.I could hear every door slam and everyone walking in the hall way.

I asked, when I checked in, if there would be a shuttle to the airport when I checked out 3:30 a.m. Monday morning and the said yes, they would call. I checked out and they tod me the shuttle didn't start until 7 a m and I had to scramble for a ride
