The price is good. Location by the train was great for getting to Progressive Field. Staff was friendly. It's a 2 star hotel experience for sure but fine for a quick trip. The hotel shuttle backing up and beeping at 5am was awful though.

Great price for a hotel only 10-15 minutes from Cleveland. You could take the metro train from a stop at the hotel to Cleveland. Free parking. Disappointed with the complimentary breakfast, it was served from 6-9 am, but when we arrived at 8:30 am they were out of eggs, potatoes and sausage and said they were not refilling. There was a single waffle machine and toaster. Hotel sign at check-in said hotel was full, but it didn’t appear to be.

O hotel me surpreendeu, muito funcional , tem cafeteira, geladeira e micro-ondas no quarto além de TV, tábua e ferro de passar . As instalações são antigas porém limpas. Só tive problemas com o uso do aquecedor, parece que é algo comum , o piso de carpete parece que solta poeira, o ar fica difícil de respirar . A cama confortável, o quarto é grande, silencioso, deu para descansar . Fiquei duas noites . O café da manhã também foi a contento. Pretendo voltar .

we stay 4 nights they never clean our room not once we only had 2 towel the people at ehe desk was not friendly we had to ask for towel one employee said I think we only have one. we asked on sunday if they where going to ciean room and when we got back we was locked out of our room just for asking to clean our room.you need to have a better staff. and friendly staff.custmer service is needed there dearly
