Not soundproofed rooms, you can hear people talking too loud even banging doors in nearby rooms. Our first night was a mess, we couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m. due to noise.
Exhaust fan in washroom too loud.
Toilet seat moving.
Hair dryer not working.
Tv not working.
Poor wifi connection.
Phone in the room has no dial tone.
Fitness center- out of order
Free breakfast, but you have to take your food in your room, there are only 4 tables in the dining area. We’re just lucky that there’s not much people staying to dine in.
Overall, not a pleasant stay. We have to request to move to a different room the following day, which is way better; with TV, phone and hair dryer working, faster internet connection.
The staff were nice and very accommodating though. The hotel is old, but clean with a comfortable bed.
But sorry, we may not recommend this hotel; a bad experience compared to the previous hotel we had.
