The stay was pretty decent. Staff was friendly out of the whole weekend Saturday night was the worst. They put some one in a room next to us that was supposed to be on a quiet floor on the third floor. I was in room 314 and whoever was next to us was up all night. I don’t know what they was doing fighting party and I don’t know, but it was so loud And we did not get any sleep. We called the front desk two or three times they claim they was gonna send security up there. But evidently don’t know if anyone came up there and told them, but they knocked on the walls all night. It was just terrible and we didn’t get no sleep and all we had to get on the road the next morning and drive back to Ohio, but other than that, it was OK it was good

the location horrible,it looks like we stayed in a back alley,to get to the game was fine with a uber but we were told there’s a shuttle this person never came and got us,no breakfast in the morning and it was the noise was unbearable

Only in for one night for Tigers game so wasn’t looking for much. Shuttle service availability was best part of the place so we didn’t have to spend $parking near the stadium. Very old, outdated, hot, smelly hotel. Floors uneven. Amenities are minimal.

Condition of the room was disgusting. There was safety deposit box in the room no proper security on property and there was bedbugs. I was bitten all over my arm. I had to change to another hotel due to the noise, pollution and nightly traffic all nights from people loud noise and music and smoking of controlled substance.

We showed up extremely early for check-in and they were willing to take our bags until it was check-in time. When we checked in, they were very sweet and informed us about the complimentary shuttle service, which was a great perk. The room itself and the property definitely show their age, but the room was clean enough, and there was plenty of shampoo, etc. the one thing that could be better in the rooms is the pillows. Worst pillows I’ve ever used in a hotel. For what we needed, it was great, close to downtown, and Rich and the shuttle team killed it with the driving us around (within the 3 mile radius). Thank you all!

This hotel needs help. Not sure even where to begin. There were piles of construction items piled outside our door to get in our room. The hall way was incredibly hot, and the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The next morning went to get coffee in the lobby and there were fruit flies flying everywhere and all of the counters were sticky and not maintained. There weren’t any coffee cups so I asked for one and the person behind the desk just looked at me. Not sure if they didn’t understand what I was asking so after a few minutes of waiting I just walked out. They shouldn’t be charging almost $300 a night for these rooms! Maybe like $70 a night! Only stay here if you can’t afford anywhere else.

Dirty dirty dirty, no cable, room is in terrible condition, did not match the online pictures at all wall and furniture damage, the lobby was nice. Don’t take ur mom, feels like a rent by the hour place.

The hotel room are what you pay for thos hotel is not a 5 star but its the best hotel for the price you pay. I will suggest to bring your on towels because the ones they give you need to be donated they are clean but used to many times. The hot water is not that hot in the morning they do need to get that fix or find other solution doing business hours if they have dont have the plumping systems to keep the water hot while guest to have a hot shower

Bon rapport qualité prix. Localisation idéale, très proche de Downtown et de la rivière. Mais surprise de la chambre sans fenêtre vers l'extérieur : donnait sur le couloir intérieur. Donc jamais de lumière du jour. Un peu difficile au bout du 2ème jour. Personnel très serviable et aimable. Excellente literie.

Not the best part of town! Toilet didnt flush well, you had to hold the handle down for a really long time. The room definitely needs remodeled. Had a man and woman screaming at each other at 9:30pm. Check in and out was easy. Room was comfortable, no bugs that we saw. Cvs is within walking distance, also a couple of food options. Probably won't stay again.

My room had no refrigerator as advertised. The light above the sink did not work and the sink was plugged up when we used it. Hotel offers shuttle service from 4pm to midnight but when you call for the shuttle Ken is super rude on the bus, we ended up order 2 Ubers to accommodate our group instead of having him pick us back up. The woman working the front desk was an angel, absolute top notch customer service.
