Não gostei da estadia, principalmente na parte da limpeza; Quando saímos do quarto para um compromisso, ninguém informou nada sobre limpeza, quando voltamos as coisas pessoais estavam fora de lugar, mexidas, visivelmente mudadas de lugar, sem minha autorização para se quer tocar em meus pertences - achei invasivo isso. No banheiro não tinha espelho, café com poucas opções, principalmente perto do horário de encerrar. Atendimento na recepção fraco, sem muita informação aos hóspedes - tanto que, na saída comentei a uma moça sobre a limpeza, e a mesma me disse que é padrão do hotel, limpar sem consentimento do hóspede, perguntei se houvesse algum estravio de algum pertence, ou até mesmo sumisse alguma coisa, que, se fosse a gente mesmo que tivesse perdido, eai? iria acusar alguém do hotel? ou faria oque? nos corredores não tem câmeras de monitoramento, eai como tem controle de quem entra e sai dos quartos, na entrada pelo estacionamento também não há controle de entrada e saída, simplesmente toca o interfone e alguém abre. Portanto não, não gostei da estadia, coloquei minha família em risco.

O quarto que foi oferecido a nós era totalmente diferente e muito pior do que eu havia reservado. - Cama e colchão velhos. Colchão com deformidade, pois afundava do lado da mais pesado. Travesseiros com plástico (nunca vi disso), cama barulhenta. - Quarto sem espelho. Ar condicionado com mau funcionamento. Havia mini formigas pelos móveis. TV mal funcionava. Cortina velhas e torta. Não cobria a luz do exterior para podermos dormir no escuro.. O pequeno banheiro tinha registros vazando o tempo todo. Havia até um balde para reter as gotas. Ao solicitarmos shampoo, fomos informados que hotel não oferecia. Não havia secador. Tivemos que pedir toalhas de rosto. Faltou até papel higiênico. Café da manhã bem mediano, mas isso não me incomodou porque eu como pouco no café da manhã.
