Stayed here for one night on a work trip. Property has done some nice renovations to the room and lobby area. However, the wifi was flaky to the point of being completely useless. I was not that far from the lobby either (room 204), so there should have been no reason for this. I mentioned this issue, but was told it was fine. I had to leave early the next day to go to Starbucks to get my work done. This will absolutely keep me from staying here again, sadly.

What a nice place to stay. It is an older motel that has been tastefully renovated. It is VERY convenient to restaurants, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field and several good restaurants, Tequila Burrito, Asian Buffett, plus a Starbucks and A Taste of India. The bed was new and so comfy. The lobby area inviting and they have a very nice breakfast section. Outside there is a cool space to sit and visit that has pretty foliage, nice chairs and fire pits. Also available are some yummy sounding craft beers and ciders. We will definitely stay here again.

We were greeted by two receptionists who appear to be college-age with limited customer service experience- not friendly nor welcoming. The bed linen was scratchy and uncomfortable. We could hear the shower and faucet running from the room above us - water pipes were very loud and disrupted our sleep. Worst stay of our vacation and am not recommending this hotel.

Right across the street to the University which was perfect. Great customer service, free breakfast everyday. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and definitely be back again

Property was nice but a bit old. Some paint peeling, but the bed were fine. Nice breakfast in the morning. Looking for an inexpensive place to sleep and keep traveling, this is great!

Continental breakfast was superb - gf & df options and overall high quality choices. Friendly staff and perfect for walking over to the Matthew Knight Arena for shows/concerts. This was our 3rd stay.

This is a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and breakfast is okay. The outside noise is not so great. People yelling, screaming at each other, the dump trucks are going around 4am.

The hotel is no- frills but meets all your needs. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is more than just prepackaged pastries, but not a full hot meal. The location is amazing especially if you are visiting the university which is located just across the street. The staff are super nice and friendly. I would stay here again!
