I had booked the property late because my son and I had gotten off to a late start after hos car broke down. Upon arrival, Jessica refused to let us check in because it was after midnight and said they had already charged us a “no show” fee and we weren’t allowed to stay there. I was really upset and asked if the room was still available. She said it was but wouldn’t let us check in. We were turned away in the middle of the night, charged for the room and left stranded trying to find something else. On top of that, she was really rude. It has low ratings for a reason and I will never book with them again.

I was charged for my room twice. When I booked through Hotels.com, I paid for a room with a king bed. When I got to the hotel I was told the king room wasn’t available because it had no curtains. I was given a single room and the front desk charged me an additional 2 nights. When I addressed this with the front desk later that evening, I was told by staff that at Extended stay that they would contact Hotels.com and have the original rate for the king room refunded. Extended Stay did not do this. Or even follow through. When I contacted Extended Stay. They said I would need to contact Hotels.com and initiate the refund. When Hotels.com contacted Extended stay, the front desk said there was no one on site to verify the charge even though I had just spoken with them and followed there instructions, I called Extended Stay and was placed on hold and never spoken to. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in 2 months. This type of customer service is sloppy and dishonest. When you tell a guest that you will correct a charge that the hotel is responsible for, then don’t bother to follow through, you create mistrust.This is poor accountability. My previous review of Extended Stay was very positive. But they have destroyed my trust and lost a loyal guest. As have Hotels.com. A guest should not be charged double, then forced to prove and defend the hotel’s mistake. I am now at the mercy of Extended Stay America to ensure return of $200. Not addressing this is stealing.

Room was great. Front desk staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Because I travel for work, I find Extended Stay to be a better alternative to traditional hotel rooms. Having a kitchen and the ability to prepare meals helps me control costs. The front desk staff provided all the kitchen basics I needed to make healthy meals. There are laundry facilities located on premises which was also very helpful. Extended Stay will be my go to for longer work travel. Feels more like home than a hotel.

Terrible!! The hotel and your app is the most scamming hotel app that I’ve ever used. Always shows there’s availability for rooms and once we arrive to our paid for hotel, it’s either disgusting or they sell our hotel room and are left without a room.

The room was neglected. The front desk was always abandoned, no one answered my call or rings. I was trying to see if I could get footage of the parking lot since my car was scraped. Awful service will never be staying at this location. Also check your statement I was over charged and not given a recipient.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told they had no rooms available even though we had a confirmed booking through hotels.com. The clerk told us that if rooms are booked on any of the online sites they don't consider it a valid booking.

The staff was pretty friendly overall. The room seemed clean, nice to have a little kitchen for the price. The only thing I would say kept from 5 stars is the surrounding area must be low class because the other patrons staying were a bit ummm, well they would make one feel a bit unease
