I have stayed at this property 3 times in total. This time, I was more than disappointed with the state of the hotel. Broken toilet seat, broken shower, broken glass divider on the balcony. Sound proofing non existent. Room service running out of towels. The area has become increasingly noisy. The staff were on front desk were exceptionally good and the saving grace for this hotel. It is an expensive hotel to stay at and sadly I would say it is now not worth the money. Small rooms with poor cupboard space.

アクロポリスへ行くことが目的だったので徒歩10分程度で行けることと、また空港から乗り換えなしで最寄り駅まで来れること、とても便利でした。 ホテルの屋上からライトアップされたアクロポリスが見えて、感動しました。周辺のご飯屋さんでテイクアウトした物を持ち込んで食べても良いらしいです。 部屋のインテリアもとても可愛かったです。 唯一気になったのは、部屋の鍵です。 鍵が壊れているか緩んでいる可能性があると思います。何度確認して閉めても、時間が経つと勝手にドアが半開きになっていたので少し怖かったです。

Executive Sky Penthouse

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the Executive Sky Penthouse. The layout is perfect with two bedrooms and a large, wrap-around balcony. More of an apartment than a hotel room, the unit is modern, clean and well-appointed, including a combination washer and dryer. An amazing location near countless restaurants and bars.

Great gem of a hotel

From the moment we cecked in we felt welcome. Stephanie at the front desk is absolutely amazing and so is the rest of the staff. The hotel is right in the centre and close to everything. The rooms are amazing and so are the bathrooms. The bed is comfortable and the aircon works a treat. Level 6 has the best view of the Acropolis and a great entertainment area. If ever in Athens again we will definitely stay here again without a doubt ❤️

Beware: BED BUGS!! During our 1 night stay, we were woken up at 3am to find bed bugs crawling in the sheets. We recorded video which I immediately took to the front desk. The staff member had me share the video so management could be notified, and we were moved to a different room. At check-out the next morning, I requested a refund which was denied. I contacted Hotels.com about the issue and requested a refund for the booking which was also denied (because Hotels.com contacted Enattica who stood firm on their “NO exclusions” refund policy.) In writing, Enattica told me that because they moved us to a nicer room as soon as the bed bugs were discovered, they felt like the issue was handled fully and nothing more would be offered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENATTICA SUITES. We came home covered in bed bug bites and had to spend extra time and money laundering our clothes to make sure we don’t bring bed bugs from this place into our home.

The location is great and walking distance to the city center and monastiraki. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is clean and the room was spacious for 3 adults. The only issue we had was that the hotel is located across from restaurants/bars which were very loud until the late hours of the morning making it very difficult to sleep. While taxi cannot arrive in front of Enattica Suites, it is very well situated. It has several cafes and stores nearby. We feel very safe in this neighborhood. I am so glad that we paid extra for the room with the view of the Acropolis. The staff is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. Note: The elevator is very small.

I stayed in the hotel weekend, and I couldn't sleep until 2-3 a.m. because of the big noise coming from the nearby bar. I recommend not staying at this hotel on summer weekends.
