It was a very satisfying stay for one night. Our cruise disembarked early and the suite accommodated us for a very early check-in at 9:40 AM as I did email them prior as well as my online check-in couple days before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And I would like to thank Kathrin in particular. Kathrin helped us to arrange the taxi ride to the airport while I was trying to find out a nearby Uber pickup point with her. She explained everything in a clear manner and assured me again later that everything was scheduled. I felt so relieved because that was my last concern for this trip. As advertised, the hotel was close to the Acropolis and other tourist attractions. The hotel room was clean with all essential items. They even provided toothbrushes! We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and bottled water. All in all, we were happy with the Enattica Suites and we would recommend it.

Vi bodde 1 vecka på detta hotell. Fint och modernt rum, rent och fräscht. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Ingen frukost men det finns många restauranger nära hotellet som erbjuder frukost. Hotellet ligger centralt, nära till allt. Takterrass med fantastisk utsikt över Akropolis. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

My stay started off well until we were awaken at 3:30 am with bed bugs crawling on us and multiple bites. Although the staff was able to give us another room the room change in the middle of the night and the fact that there were bed bugs in our bed is extremely unacceptable. We kindly asked for a refund due to our troubles and were not granted one because another room was offered to us. However, I feel as if this is unacceptable as we did not want to sleep in the new bed again due to the condition of our prior one and left with multiple bites.

This was our 5th time in Athens but our first time at this hotel. Rooms are lovely and big. Shower is great! However…AC didn’t work on floors 1-3. Both of our rooms never got below 30C, (88F), and the hotel is above a very boisterous bar, which was really noisy until 3:30am+, so opening the window for air really wasn’t an option. Staff were lovely. It’s a real shame about the AC because we won’t stay again as we got very little sleep both nights. Also, coffee pods and water were provided for the first night only, which seemed a bit strange.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enattica Suites. The suite was spacious and very well-equipped, with a lovely balcony and view of the Acropolis. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. There are many sites, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and metro stops nearby.

Very well situated, nice staff, very clean, modern, but not soundproof at all. So its the perfect place to stay for few days downtown, but not to relax. Construction in the same building started at 0830 this morning. We had a very good stay in general.

This was our first time in Athens. We chose Enattica because of the price and location. The only downside we had was getting taxis to the location. They had a hard time finding it. It is on a safe, quiet street with easy access to Monastiraki and Syntagma metro. There are many restaurants and tons of shopping nearby, and other than the weekend nights we didn't hear much after noise. Even the weekend noise was minimal. The rooms are clean and updated. They have plenty of space to spread out. We actually changed rooms during our stay so we experienced two kinds: triple with acropolis view and executive double. The Acropolis view room was our first two nights. The view was great, but because it was cooler we didn't get to use the balcony. The executive double was similar in size without the balcony. The best part was the wonderful staff. They were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
