We had heavy suitcases and the list was broken!! We were on 3rd floor !! What a start. The concierge was good and helped. Room was ok but no English tv !!! No conversion on tv either.. Breakfast was great with great views from the top restaurant

We arrived at 7.50pm and only there for a short time as needed to leave at 4am for a flight. There was nowhere to buy water without cash (only from a vending machine), no bar or restaurant on site. We were desperate for a drink and the receptionist said she would prepare our breakfast boxes as we had an early start and some water would be in those. They never arrived. In the morning nobody was around to help us get a taxi so we ordered an uber. The driver came and called and said the gates to the hotel were locked and we had to struggle half a mile up a track with our luggage in the dark to meet the uber. It’s an awful place - don’t go there unless you are getting married or want to make a remake of the shining.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Loud in morning with students outside window, and difficult check in process. One entrance/exit makes difficult when kids are getting out of classes.

Quick and efficient check in. There was one hiccup in that the drain for the shower was clogged and not allowing to pass through. We realised late at night after q day out so I just opened the drain and cleaned it myself. I advised the hotel via WhatsApp that evening. They replied within 5 minutes offering to change the room which we refused as we didn't want to unpack. In that respect the hotel was responsive to the problem raised.

Quiet, lovely hotel

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the hotel. The parking lot is free and very large. The breakfast is really good and they have a limited menu lunch on the Terrace. Very good food but very limited. The property is lovely and we walked all over and enjoyed the views. Town is close enough to walk. We both got massages in the spa that was wonderful! The bike tours were not available during the time we were there. All in all a great stay

Absolutely unforgettable experience at Villa Cavalletti! The olive oil and wine tasting tour at the on-site museum was a true highlight—our guide Lavinia was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and brought every detail of the process to life. The flavors were extraordinary, and the setting among the 27 acres of vineyards and olive trees was nothing short of magical. Waking up to breakfast on the villa’s top terrace, with panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills, was a dream. Every bite was fresh and flavorful, served with care and a view you’ll never forget. Huge thanks to the front desk staff, both day and night—they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, offering top-tier recommendations and always greeting us with warmth. Just a few minutes away, the charming town of Frascati offered fantastic designer shopping, delicious food, and easy train access that made exploring even easier. Villa Cavalletti is a hidden gem that blends nature, history, and hospitality perfectly. We can’t wait to return!

Nice!

Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved.
