Normally Hyatt offers wonderful rooms, and equally wonderful and attentive staff. This location could use some touch ups.
By touch ups, it is in regards to the staff at the front counter. The lady, who appeared to be the manager, was the only one to maintain eye contact and be friendly towards us. Both the nightshift clerk, and the dayshift clerk struggled to make eye contact or maintain a kind disposition.
I am not saying nor am i expecting top-tier, expensive service as in a penthouse suite. What i am saying is that offering that little bit of extra kindness goes a long way, and could speak volumes for customer service. What we experienced was that the majority of the staff simply did not care based on their body language and actions.
Lastly, the breakfast food was tasteless and left a lot to be desired.
