호텔 공주 스위트룸 만족스러웠어요~

밤늦게 도착했고 만실인 상황에서도 주차장 넓어서 별 어려움없이 주차할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 8층 스카이라운지에서 밤에는 공산성 야경 보면서 즐거운 시간 보냈고, 아침에는 1인당 7천원에 한식으로 조식 먹을 수 있어서 참 편리했습니다.

카운터에 남자 사장님이 처음에 너무 불친절해서 별로였는데 가만히 보니 너무 피곤해서 그러신것 같더라구요;;, 그정도는 감안해주시면 될 것같구요, 그래도 여자분이 친절하셔서 괜찮았습니다. 야경이 너무 이쁘고 객실도 깨끗하고 가격이 너무 비싸지만 ㅠ 다음에 또 오고 싶은 객실입니다.

Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village.

전체적인 청결도는 그나마 공주에서 나은 것 같음 그러나 깨끗하다는 이야기는 아님. 에어컨에 먼지가 덕지덕지 눌러붙은게 보임. 제발 슬리퍼는 일회용이었음 좋겠음 검정 슬리퍼가 미끌거림.. 누가 어떻게 사용했을지 모르는 슬리퍼... 그래도 스타일러가 있는 것에 깜짝 놀람

Rude front office clerk

The front office person was very rude to the customer. We asked for 1 more bath towel but he said it’s not authorized. Refused to give us a towel. They provide a towel later. I never met any hotel’s front office person is rude to the cusomers.

아침식사 쿠폰을 만원 주고 구입하였으나 비용에 비해 반찬구성이 영 아니었습니다. 침대시트도 매일 교체하는지 살짝 의심이 들었습니다. 머리와 발부위는 주름이 없는데 몸이 닿는 부위는 주름이 많은 상태였습니다. 혼자 자기도 하고 귀찮기도해서 그냥 침대위에 수건깔고 잤습니다.

Lovely little hotel, spotlessly clean with spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly reception staff. Good value for money. Excellent entertainment options on a huge TV. Limited food/drinks available on site but plenty of options nearby. Just to note that the hotel is in a part of town used by sex workers and many of the hotels in this area are love hotels with strip clubs nearby. (which made sense of the floor-to-ceiling mirrors by the bed and a few other design touches in our room!). This did not mean the area was unsafe - it was busy and well lit in the night time and the hotel was perfectly fine but it just might be a bit offputting if you are not aware in advance. We didn't have a problem and were happy with the hotel itself.
