It is a nice hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel staff is available 24/7 and gives good tourist tips. The hotel is also centrally located in Cairo, which is great if you want to enjoy the city life. During the day to all the sights and in the evening nice terraces in the city.

Good location though tough to find initially. (Even the taxi driver couldn’t find it.) The best thing was that our room had a small patio where we could escape the bustle and noise of the streets. The breakfast was terrible and the little dining area reeked of cigarette smoke. The desk clerk was fine but no one else smiled or was friendly.

for me the best of all my 4 hotels i visited in egypt. from the outside it is not impressive, but in the room it is. very clean, everything works and is there. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very modest, but probably they have such standards. They do not have a dining area so I had to have my breakfast in the room. The room was dark, I had to turn on the lights even in the morning. The location is good - 10 minutes walking to Tahrir square.

On the first night, I was assigned a small room with no windows. I asked for a different room. The next day, a bigger room with a window became available and was given to me for the following nine days. I loved the room and the fact it was on two pedestrian streets. So, there was no traffic noise. It’s a great location.

This spot was perfect for my Cairo weekend because I was traveling alone. If I had my family with me, I'd of chosen someplace else. Neither the TV nor the air-conditioning remotes were working. It's close to a lot of things and the hustle of downtown, but it's not quiet or fancy by any means. Still, a bargain for sure.

My 2 friends and I each booked rooms at this hotel, so 3 total. When we arrived they forced us into one room - it didn't look like they had any others available and it was late so we took it. They then tried to negotiate the price and the room didn't feel safe at all. I would not consider this a real hotel. Would not recommend anyone book here.

This property was not in a safe area. I paid throught expedia, got there, and had to sleep in a uber vehicle until the next day. Th manager tried to explaun himself but at that moment it was not safe for us to be there. In egypt it is a 1.5 star place. False advertment. Trying to resolve this through expedia but no one is responding. Looking for a email address to write to them.

I have never had an Expedia problem until now. This is a hostel not hotel and it is BAD. The area is very dodgy and unsafe, no way to get transportation to main area, wild dogs and homeless and trashy. We arranged for airport transport and verified, no shuttle when we arrived. We reserved 3 rooms and when we arrived at 430 am they only had 2 for us. The room was dirty, the beds were dirty and had hair in them! The front door did not lock right, looked like it had been kicked in. The back "balcony" looks out over a dirty alley and there were barking dogs and people yelling. The shower leaked and only 1 towel for 2 people and there was an open electrical outlet in the shower. The other room had the same issues but had no windows and was like a converted closet. Also the front door to the hostel had a broken window and all they had to to was reach in and open from the inside. We stayed 4 hours because we had no choice but then had to switch hotels. He have been fighting with expedia since we returned 2 months ago and they are saying we can mot get a refund even though was definitely nothing like the pictures. We found a much much better hotel for not too much more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNLESS WANT A CHEAP HOSTEL IN A BAD NEIGHBOURHOOD

室内はほぼ写真どおりでした。 口コミが良くなかったのでだいぶ身構えましたが、スタッフも親切で室内設備も値段の割りに気になるようなものはなかったです。 ホテルへの問い合わせをしても返答無かったのと、カイロホテルグランドのすぐ脇道に入ったところにあるので場所が分かりずらかったですが、それ以外は良かったです。 （お湯も出るし、シャンプー、石鹸も置いてるし、場所的に外もうるさくないし、室内は結構キレイだし）

El hotel no coincide con la descripción

Las fotos no coinciden con las instalaciones, ya sea qué sean muy viejas o alteradas. Los colchónes estaban tan viejos, que estaban doblados de los resortes y formaba una cuna donde va el cuerpo acostado. La chapa de la puerta del cuarto, por dentro no se podia cerrar, solo por fuera. La ducha no contaba con cortina o alguna separación entre el sanitario y la regadera. La televisión era de 30pulgadas Cuándo llegamos la habitación no estaba lista, tuvimos que esperar ( tenían otros huéspedes y los cambiaron de habitación). En general el hotel es viejo, obsoleto e inseguro. Y una pesima ubicación que ni el uber o taxi, sabía donde era.

ギザや空港に向かうメトロの駅まで歩いて行ける場所にあるので便利です。タハリール広場やアタバの市場にも歩いて行けました。とはいえ、1月だったので歩けましたが、夏はしんどいと思います。 エクスペディアにのっている写真は別の建物です。その写真のせいでホテルがなかなか見つけられずに困りました。 建物が古いのでカルチャーショックを受けることが多々ありました。アメニティはレモン形の石鹸と部屋によってはシャンプーも付きます。歯ブラシ、コップ、スリッパ、ウェルカムドリンクの水はつきません。期待せずに宿泊すると幸せになれます。
