When we checked in, the room was dirty and we had to find another place to stay. you should have someone to check behind your house keeping people. Your check-in person was wonderful. The room looked like someone had previously sleep in the beds and all housekeeping did was to pull the comforter over dirty sheets.

Kitchen was not equipped for cooking no utensils every room I was moved to smelled like mold and mildew the staff had they kids on the job site and cause mine was outside playing it was a issue

No heater. It was cold and the rooms heater didn’t work. A coworker said his wasn’t either. Toilet took multiple tries to fully flush. WiFi was terrible. Room wasn’t clean. Stove wasn’t level, so when you put your pan on it it wasn’t even.

My daughter and I stayed here for week. The floors were so dirty my daughters feet were black after walking bare feet in the room. The toilet had a reddish scum ring and didn’t look like it had been scrubbed for a month. Used dental floss on floor of bathroom. Dirty dirty. I had to use bleach wipes to clean light switches and counters. I actually bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors and purchased blue drop ins for the toilets. A homeless person tried to open our door at 4AM. A prostitute was working the corner and using the hotel. People were in the parking lot smoking marijuana . I told the front desk the room was dirty and asked when they would clean the room. They said they clean the rooms every 14 days. Do Not Stay here!!!!!! Horrible!!!

The computers were down so check in process was slow was checked in by staff calling someone on their cell phone. Room completely smelled of old cigarettes. Ceiling in the shower had mold. Carpet had stains.

Yes ..The rooms are not upto standard. I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels earlier but this time found it in very shappy condition. No kitchenette, not a single item, room and toilet is also very very old, floor was bit dirty, overall not upto the mark in any standard yet the charges are 130+, not a value for money at all. I don't think I'll book this again here or anywhere else for the same cost.

The room and the reception had a strange smell, there were hairs on the bed, and stains on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend this place, not even for a one-night stay. The service was terrible.

The bed was clean but the paint on the walls had many damaged areas. Dirt in the bathroom. Light bulbs covered with cob webs and dirt. Light fixtures scratched. No plug in bathroom sink. Would not consider using the shower Staff was nice at check in All the outside wall areas to the room were dirty. They charged a huge premium for a football weekend for a low class hotel.
