I would my stay overall was good. The bathroom seat in my room was loose but it was eventually fixed. The breakfast food could have more variety each day.

I normally don't have any complaints, but the only one I have is about the bed in the room. It was clean, pillows were comfortable, but the bed itself needs to be replaced!! It was very uncomfortable! The top of the bed had a big dip in it when lying down. Other than that, everything else was fine. We will be back.

My room smelled like stagnant piss. When I walked in the carpet to a certain corner it smelled like piss. The whole room did but when I walked over to the corner the smell was overwhelming.. only time I'd ever stay here again is last resort.

This hotel is fine for a quick, one night stay somewhere just to sleep and shower, but other than that it wouldn’t be my first choice. The door to the room was hard to open, there were cracks in the ceiling and walls, the carpet was damaged and so was one the chairs. The bathroom was nice and so was the TV and bed. There was also an overpowering smell that was annoying. It didn’t smell “bad” per se but it wasn’t appealing to me and it permeated throughout the entire hotel. There’s a complimentary breakfast included between 6am and 9am. Overall it wasn’t my favorite hotel but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.

I got bitten by bedbugs. I’m very distraught about this. Having to make serious contingency plans to try and rid myself and my belongings of these bugs. The hotel management denied my complaint saying they charge a high enough rate to mitigate a clientele that would bring bedbugs to their establishment. Absolutely appalling. Please advise recourse and steps toward a formal complaint!

Young lady working the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. First floor was very clean and smelled good. My room was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t as clean and did not smell clean. The room was in good condition but hadn’t been cleaned well. There was a syringe with a needle in it on the floor next to one of the beds. Management apologized, but didn’t bother to inspect the room or offer another room. I will not stay there again.

The property itself was in decent condition however the room was not clean and I would not return. There was hair on the bathroom counter, on the sheets and on the pillow cases. They did not finish making the bed and we had to ask for a blanket twice. There were concerning stains on the walls and the lamp shade. Overall a disappointing experience.
