There where no instructions on after hours check in no one at the desk to greet you. Half the room worked and otherside didn't the light wouldn't turn off. The bathroom door lock wouldn't work. The door didn't shut.

Drove in from Cedar City Utah for the Travel RV Show. Easy check-in, room as shown on line. Clean, comfortable, dog friendly and good parking. Great location, close to everything. Everyone of the staff were friendly.

It is a great place to stay if you are gonna stay long term. However if you are just staying a day or two there are other places close by that are less expensive for a short stay and serve breakfast! The rooms could use a good deep clean! There was lots of dust and a used jar of Vaseline under the bed! The front desk laddies are always very kind!

Worst experience ever. When we asked for table or cook ware, utensils etc for the kitchen they said we had to purchase them. Nothing at all to use in the kitchen is provided.on top of that had to pay a pet fee that we were not told about or have ever had to pay at a “pet friendly” hotel. The registration counter (front desk) actually closed down at 7pm. I mean the blinds closed the door locked and no staff to assist with anything. You’re on your own. I’ve never seen anything like it. Definitely a low class hotel. One star! I will never star there again.

Might as well have been a murder motel….

It was pretty bad…. I should have spent a few extra bucks and stayed someplace I was more familiar with. The hotel, inside and out smelled like cigarettes and cat pee! The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. The room I paid for was supposed to be a king bed, but was a queen. The toilet was backed up and when I asked the staff, they handed me a plunger. The pillows were tiny and didn’t do much. And the heater/ac unit was so damn loud I couldn’t even hear myself think! I put on noise cancelling headphones to try to get a little sleep, but it was still too loud. The staff goes home at 10pm so I couldn’t even see if I could switch rooms or something…. Worst stay of my life! Won’t be using them again in the future.
