The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The property is easily accessible off 465, so the trade-off is a little road noise outside. The kitchenette in the rooms is nice and clean, and it's nice to have a full size refriderator. I suggest that if you are staying there for that amenity, because you want to cook, you should be prepared with your own cooking equipment. I travel for a week at a time to Indy for work, so I always come prepared with that stuff because there are no pots, pans, utensils, etc. Overall, a very nice hotel, and I booked it again. Thank you.

After a 4 hour drive, I had to wait over 20 minutes for the front desk guy to check me in. I called the phone over 10 times and no one answered. Another guest who came in after me went to go look for someone to check us in. The hallway smelled of weed. And the front desk was not staffed as was posted in the lobby. I was there for one night but I feel as though I should be given a refund. I was actually going to contact management tomorrow. There was loud music being played outside my window or in the next room and there was no staff there to help fix the problem in the middle of the night.

Waited 20 minutes with other guests trying to check in because there was nobody at the front desk at 6:00pm. Secure doors into the room halls were wide open. Toilet leaking. Roaches in the bathroom. Loud long term guests on every floor. Bad smells in every hallway.

The staff and the convenience of dollar tree and the gas station (all in the same parking lot) made up for what the hotel didn't have. Our room was clean. There were a coulple of maintenance issues in our room, however they weren't "big enough" to complain about. For example, the bathroom door knob was put on backwards (the lock was on the outside of the door). The staff was able to accommodate my special requests, and i appreciate it so much. The wifi was great for us. We appreciated the kitchenette, however upon arrival there is not any cooking utensils or skillet/pots and no dishes/silverware. Dollar tree is in the same parking lot, so that made up for what the room lacked in that area. The outside of the hotel was visually nice.

We needed to get extra towels and the front desk was supposed to be open from 7 AM to 11 PM but at 8:30 AM there was still nobody there and we had to leave the room. It’s tough for two adults to take showers and have no towels!There was a number to contact if you needed something, but it went to a voicemail which was not helpful since nobody called us back

Very easy to get to. Very clean. This is really designed as a place to stay for a while There is a stovetop, microwave and full frig. Bring your own coffee pot, cooking pans and plates and utensils, and food if you want to cook. If I were staying a few days, I would. But for one or two nights, there are restaurants nearby and this is so clean and accessible from the 465. This is my second stay. I plan on staying here again.
