My door to my room was messed up, and I had to slam it in order to close and lock it. Whyyyyy was there not an iron and ironing board already in the room? I had to call the front desk to request one. Overall the stay was not too bad.

Disgusting. Beds had stains and dirty. Literally crumbs and hair in the beds- not to mention some large orange stains. Toilet base had sticky stain. No coffee pot or box springs. Walls were so thin- you may as well have been in the same room. Very questionable guests. I put extra security around my door. Awful. Kid at The front desk was polite

If I could give this place a -10 I would, I literally drove 10 hours arrive at the hotel & they said they don’t have a reservation for me even after showing them the confirmation email, that it was indeed booked, then all of a sudden she “found” me in the system but told me it was canceled and there wasn’t anything she can do, she was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Very very disrespectful and very very rude

The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The property is easily accessible off 465, so the trade-off is a little road noise outside. The kitchenette in the rooms is nice and clean, and it's nice to have a full size refriderator. I suggest that if you are staying there for that amenity, because you want to cook, you should be prepared with your own cooking equipment. I travel for a week at a time to Indy for work, so I always come prepared with that stuff because there are no pots, pans, utensils, etc. Overall, a very nice hotel, and I booked it again. Thank you.

Stains on the chair in the room. Chair was in rough condition and was peeling. Toilet handle was very clearly worn. Pipes in the building were incredibly loud and could be heard all hours of the night

Waited 20 minutes with other guests trying to check in because there was nobody at the front desk at 6:00pm. Secure doors into the room halls were wide open. Toilet leaking. Roaches in the bathroom. Loud long term guests on every floor. Bad smells in every hallway.
