The location is excellent. The place is hard to find, with only a small sign at the shoulder level, and no street numbers. If your Google map misses the right location, good luck. The hotel occupies the second floor in what was likely an apartment or an office. The space was extensively renovated, perhaps with some overkill. The shower is a few steps above the floor in the bathroom, with slippery marble floor and plenty of sharp angles. You can enjoy sound-and-light in a jacuzzi, though. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Don't forget to let them know when you arrive, to let you in.

Excelente atención y servicio de Simona, siempre muy atenta. Definitivamente recomendable por la ubicación céntrica, a unos 20 minutos caminando de los puntos de pick up para los tours a Capri, AMALFI, Pompeya, etc… Las habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas. Me volvería a hospedar ahí sin duda.

The room was nice and clean. We were a little worried before arriving because the property does not have someone at the front desk at all times. We tried reaching out to let them know our arrival time but never heard back. The room was nice and clean however there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke right outside of the room on the lobby. We neves got to try the breakfast because we would usually leave early in the morning, around 7am and breakfast is served later than that.

Posizione centrale vicinissima al centro della città; trasporti comodi. Consigliatissimo per eventi in piazza plebiscito. Camera perfetta per 2 persone; con ampio bagno e doppia doccia. Sarebbe consigliabile una colazione con prodotti tipici napoletani, invece nonostante fosse abbondante la qualità non era come ci si aspetterebbe a Napoli.

I booked 3 rooms for 5 people for 1 night. The instruction says you must call or message Mecla Suites before arriving so someone can be there to check you in since it’s not a hotel. I messaged them and called them a few times and no answer. So stressful!!! Luckily someone was at the front desk when we checked in at 12pm. One room smelled like cigarettes, another room’s AC was not working and the 3rd room’s toilet flusher didn’t have a plate cover. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

Enjoyed our stay , close to via Toledo and shooing . Walking distance to mist historical areas . Brought breakfast to room . Only complaint is that there was no one on site, phone in room didn’t work and wifi wasn’t reliable😔 also picture on advertisement doesn’t reflect where you stay . It isn’t a hotel. It’s suites in an apartment. Very clean property and very quiet

Great little suite central to downtown attractions & shopping . We were able to go alot of site seeing by foot. Nice breakfast was included and brought to room. There however is no one on premises , so at times was difficult to get ahold of someone if needed anything. Picture on Expedia doesn’t properly reflect outside of hotel.

Esperienza positiva, suite spaziosa, moderna, e situata in luogo strategico accanto piazza plebiscito.. unica pecca la colazione in camera (per forza) nn ricchissima ma quanto basta. Consigliato per visitare Napoli e con il molo a due passi, ritornerei.

We had added a 2 night stay to our Rome trip so that we could take a ferry to see the island of Capri and Sorrento. When we arrived a gentleman was waiting for us at the entrance on the street as the hotel is on the 2nd floor. Just a large wooden door at the street entrance. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into an extremely clean and updated property on 2nd floor. We had a very restful stay as the room was quiet, the icing on the cake was breakfast brought to your room. Location was GREAT to the port, many restaurants and we explored around the nearby area. Many things to see. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff was opening and friendly.
