We had the loudest family across the hallway from us. They would let their kids run the hallway at 1 AM screaming knocking on peoples doors and we complained and the staff did nothing about it the second night the same thing happened. They would stand outside our bedroom door having loud conversations, the kids screaming I will not be staying here again

We arrived incredibly late/early. Knowing we’d be late, we called to ensure someone would be there. They assured us there would be no issue. We arrived to find our reserved room, with a king sized bed, had been given away to a walk-in with no reservation. They offered a room with a smaller bed (difficult for my 6’3” husband). The mattress was horrible and the sink would not drain. The manager provided us a new room for our 2nd night, with the correct bed. If we’d received this room the first night, we may have considered this stay a success. However, with the first night’s fiasco, along with the lack-luster breakfast options (no eggs or meats of any kind), it was just an ok stay at best. While it did not ruin our trip, we would not likely stay again.

This was located across the street from carowinds which was nice . We booked this because it had great stars and reviews . The front door didn’t open well at all I had to pry it open . The lobby was nice and so was the breakfast area. There was a sign saying they have had a lot of people breaking things in rooms and they take a mandatory $100 deposit, that I wouldn’t get back til Tuesday. Room was like pictures however bathroom was smaller than pictures , toilet was really wobbly and handle on door were broken. If you want a budget stay it’s a decent stay room was clean .

Parking safe & easy. Check in quick & friendly. In & out was easy. Breakfast was limited continental but that's all I needed. The only "weird" thing was the sliding door to the bathroom. Thin wood door felt less private. Shower was clean though. Beds were comfy. TV & remote were dated in their ease of usage. Hard to find your channels with dated system & no channel listing available.

This was our first stay at Sleep Inn. It had a clean, youthful vibe. Check in staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was well/designed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but could use a little protein( peanut butter, hard boiled eggs). Still, we got a great price and had a great stay.

Overall stay was satisfactory. Breakfast could have been a little better, but for the price it wasn’t bad. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
