One thing I found quite disappointing was that, due to my early check-out, I requested a simple breakfast box with items like bread and jam. I made this request in advance on the evening of July 23rd, but the manager at YOTEL flatly refused, saying such a service is not provided.
Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world, I have to say that this is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel that does not offer even a basic breakfast option for early check-out guests. I found this very surprising and not in line with the level of hospitality I would expect from an international hotel brand.
Furthermore, when I checked out around 4 a.m. on July 24th, the manager on duty was noticeably indifferent. Rather than assisting guests, he seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague, which left me with an even more negative impression of the service.
