The customer service was excellent. The team helped us expedite our luggage delivery to Narita. They were very kind, accommodating, and courteous to all their visitors. The cleaning team was also polite and kind. Great view and large room.

Room was surprisingly large, with an amazing view of Kyoto and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was nice and the bath itself was large, which is a huge plus. Only cons were that the toilet and bath were in the same room and there was no electrical output near the bed.
