Perfect location in Akihabara area - it's about 10 mins walk from Akihabara station. It's located on the other side of Akihabara Electric Town so it's more quiet and less crowd. Also it's within a walking distance to Ueno area as well. The family room is spacious which give you enough space to place you open & pack your suitcase.

Quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle which is not too far away from the walk and pretty close to a pretty major train station that can connect you through the rest of Tokyo. Favorite thing is that the staff are super friendly and was helpful throughout our stay. Bonus that they have English speaking stay. Painless and was perfect for what we were looking for which was to have all the basic amenities and friendly service!

Wonderful, quiet location just a 10 minute walk from electric city so you get the noise and lights but also peace and quiet when you would like rest. This place also offers 24 hours coffee and the pajamas are amazing

We stayed for three nights. Location is convenient and safe. We found hairs clinging on the new towels given to us. The room was stuffy because the window was not openable. Rooms are cleaned once every three nights so ours was not cleaned during our stay due to this policy. You must bring the garbage bins and used towels outside your door if you want them changed.

Loved everything about this place, the room layout, cleanliness, showers/bathroom, the coffee, breakfast options, cafe bakery, customer service etc etc. People who complained that there not being enough room for their luggage clearly brought enormous luggage bc the space is very efficiently laid out & there's plenty of room for everything. Loved that there's a Family Mart close by & I just love their cafe! This was perfect for our last leg & wish we could stay longer.

My friends and I had a good stay here, staff was friendly and whenever we had questions they tried their best to accommodate us. the hotel itself was really pretty and the cafe had good food and drink options! but the beds!! the beds were suuuper uncomfortable, in our opinions. After sightseeing and being tired all day I would have loved a comfortable bed! so if you're use to sleeping in more firm beds, you would love this hotel!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very nice, clean, had a cafe on site, and easy to get to. It was in a quiet area, but two blocks away was electric town, and there was a lot of stores, malls, and restaurants to eat at. There are a lot of things to do around the area and it is super safe and clean. The room was the biggest I’ve had in Japan so far. The room was comfortable and the washroom was a decent size. I really enjoyed that they gave us slippers and pyjamas to wear. It was very convenient and easy to do laundry. The receptionist spoke English. Check-in was a bit weird. They made us lineup to talk to a receptionist and then they will give you your room number and the spiel about the hotel itself and then you have to lineup again on these computers to check in, which seems a little bit counterintuitive, but it was a very easy process. Checkout was also super easy. They also have reception 24 hours and they will store your luggage for you. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.
