Disappointed
The accommodation was lovely. However, the personnel at reception in B2 were awkward and not welcoming. Even at check out they were difficult to read and not friendly, instead they were awkward. House cleaning was definitely not up to standard. They did not was dirty dishes left in the sink, they did not provide water bottles when they cleaned the room. The Egyptian man responsible for fixing the thermostat was rude and arrogant. His team was alright and accommodating. On the other hand, the personnel at valet service and the bell boys at B1 were exceptional. I doubt I will be staying there again.
