It was a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Overnight stay for Dr visit. Walk in shower was nice but needs safety bars for stability.
Front desk was very helpful, holding our room in case we needed extra night stay.

Evening staff (older woman) was not the friendliest. The gentleman working that night we checked in was nice and so was the morning staff. The bed was super uncomfortable and killed my back. The hot water for the shower WOULD NOT get warm at all! Was very clean but over all wouldn’t stay again.

It was horrible. I worked 12 hours and just wanted to check into my room take a shower and chill out. However, I got to the desk to check in and had my hotel.com confirmation number and they told me they had no reservation under my name. I showed them the receipt and confirmation email and they continued to argue with me. My wife called hotels.com and they forwarded the confirmation over to them. Once they finally received it I had been standing downstairs 47 minutes waiting. It was UNACCEPTABLE and RUDE. HOTELS.com said they would reimburse me but nothing has happened yet. I’m not holding my breath.
