An Unforgettable 21-Day Experience!

I recently completed a 21-day stay at Sunrise Alex Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and and the stunning views from my balcony were a delightful bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was eager to assist and always greeted me with a smile. Special thanks to Mr Moataz, Nabil, Nshwa And Alyaa for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable!

Très loin des standards d’un cinq étoiles ! 2 ou 3 étoiles grand maximum à l’international. Style hôtel club mais le service est catastrophique, la chambre est bruyante toute la journée jusque tard dans la soirée, climatisation bruyante également… Et quand vous leur faites remarqué c’est vous qui avez tort. Jamais plus jamais.

Sunrise Alex Avenue

From start to finish our stay at the hotel was excellent. All staff were very professional and polite at all times. Nothing was to much trouble. Any little requests were dealt with promptly. The food was excellent. Breakfast had an excellent selection. We had food at both the restaurants in the evening and must say the pasta dishes were fabulous. Many thanks to all who made our stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

We were so impressed with our stay. The reception was very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone is very friendly. Our room was ready early, was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations. A full hot buffet! Restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well cared for. Can’t say enough.

Great memory

I only spent one night here and won't forget about it! Very friendly and helpful staff, great location a stone's throw from the beach, room was clean and cozy. Only a few minor points would improve the experience in my view. The staff's English skills could be trained; there were no recycle bins for PET bottles; the shower was a bit rudimentary for the price. Apart from that, I can recommend staying here!

A very nice hotel on Mediterranean and excellent and very convenient location. Beautiful setting with private beach and heated pool. Excellent breakfast. But the best part was very polite and helpful staff. Mr Mahdi on reception was especially very helpful. Thankyou Mehdi. Will certainly chose this hotel again

Perfect stay!

This hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very helpful with each request such as extra towels and iron. They provided each request i had efficiently. I will for sure try another sunrise in the future. Thank you all for a very relaxing stay. I would also strongly recommend the spa services as it was one of the best i have experienced.

Lovely hotel with fantastic customer service unfortunately we had a party not too far from our room but reception and management did absolutely everything they could to move us room to a quieter location.
