Zero out of ten
Not a good experience at all, so much so that we didn’t even return and had to book a separate hotel for the remainder of our trip, losing our money because we were denied a refund. The place had a strong moldy odor and was incredibly humid, to the point where everything in our room was moist. We tried running the A/C to see if it would help, unfortunately it did not. I have asthma and my daughter is chronically ill so when we communicated this to them and told them we couldn’t stay in the room, their response was “I understand” and nothing more. Incredibly displeased and will not be back, nor recommending it to anyone.
