Double charge and unauthorised credit card transac
I paid to Hotels.com in full when I booked this hotel. The credit card transaction went through and I received the receipt. I was told that my payment has been settled in full during check in and check out. However, after i returned home, I found that they charged the credit card I gave them to authorise incidental expenses the whole stay again. I emailed them. They don’t care to find out if it is their mistake and just tell me to ask Hotels.com. But it were your staffs that told me my stay had been paid in full during check in and check out. I did not authorise you to double charge me. The credit card authorisation was meant for additional expenses! Why won’t they charge Hotels.com instead? And Hotels.com has not replied to my enquiry either. The whole experience is very bad. I urge you to be careful and avoid having similar nightmares ever.
