A beautiful and friendly place that always feels like home away from home. The only thing lovelier than the beautiful rooms and grounds is the fabulous staff. My number one secret perfect place to stay in LA. Only hope everyone else doesn't find out about it :)

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Hollywood! A true dream to stay here. I’ll be back and will recommend this place to everyone. The only thing I had a remark about was that people were sitting in the courtyard talking quite loudly in the evening, which could be heard clearly in the room. It was a bit inconvenient when it was already quite late and I wanted to go to bed. The staff were incredibly friendly, but another thing that would have enhanced and improved the overall experience and the hotel’s image is if the staff had worn a more uniform dress code, or at least slightly smarter attire instead of hoodies and sweatpants. That’s just my personal opinion, but if that were improved, this hotel would be among the best I’ve ever stayed at — and I’ve visited many five-star hotels around the world! Thank you for an amazing experience!

The room was beautiful, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back. One downside I guess would be we were near the stairs and you could hear people walk up and down loudly but it didn’t ruin our experience, just feedback.

Pros: cute little boutique hotel with interesting rooms and really nice small central courtyard. Staff was fantastic. Cons: only a few people working so, even though they were all great, services are limited. We didn’t love the location because it’s on the far eastern side of West Hollywood but if you want to hang in the more touristy part of Hollywood blvd it’s fine. Also imposed this funky $30 per night fee for internet and a continental bf. Did not like that arrangement

Absolutely love love love this hotel! The super friendly staff, the amenities, and especially the common area outside! Will definitely be staying again! Had a slight issue with billing but it was resolved nearly immediately and I appreciate that so much! Thank you Prospect Hollywood!

Beautiful room, friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous outdoor area. Definitely recommend using the valet service, super fast. Delightful location, quiet, quaint, and very old Hollywood. The bed was very comfortable, the shower exquisite, and the hidden bar was cute, too! 100% recommend!
