This beautiful and historic hotel was definitely a disappointment. The only staff we ever saw was the single desk clerk, The room had few outlets, and lacked typical amenities. Upkeep was quite lacking and the breakfast was typical cheap motel fare. I love quirky old hotels, but wouldn't stay in this one again nor recommend it to others. The corporation that owns it needs to invest in it or sell it to someone who will.
