Terrible management

Had a terrible experience at this place. Stayed for one night. One guest played loud music and partied all night and then argued with others when asked to keep quiet, this went on until 2.30am. Motel management made no attempt to intervene and get the police involved. It got scary as it started to escalate to violence. Very uncomfortable night. Carpet was lifting which was not very safe, there was a hole in the wall left by the door handle as there was no stop. The fridge did not even have all it wrapping plastic removed. Bathroom was very small, would not a tall person. Notified management of the above issues and they said their maintenance team would look into it, however these appear to have been like this a long time so I would not be the first to complain about them. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Not happy with a cold shower

The one thing I asked for after reading feed back prior to booking was a room that had hot water, I ran the shower 20 minutes and had to endure a bloody cold shower! If you are going to rent rooms out you first must have not only clean sheets but a hot shower too!

Arrived on Saturday around 5pm and all staff had gone home and we had no way to check in. Keys were in a lock box but we were never sent a code. Thankfully another visitor had a code to the lock box and were able to help us.

It is what it is.

It was Christmas Day, so we didn’t see any staff. Collected our keys from a key safe. It was a comfortable bed and we slept well. Air con worked, thankfully. Wifi did not. Carpet wasn’t the cleanest, but the bed sheets were spotless and comfortable.

Plumbing needs work, room 110 (last room) had no hot water in the morning. Providing individual butter & condiment packs & tongs for bread at breakfast would help with food safety There was one opened pack of white sliced bread only for breakfast which people put their hands in to get a sliced of bread.
