I’m really disappointed with my experience. We stayed two nights in mid-June with outside temperatures over 30°C (86°F), and the air conditioning in our unit was not working properly. Despite calling the front desk three times and sending an email, no one came to check or fix the issue. We had to sleep in a room at 28°C (82°F), which made it extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for the price we paid.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability. I contacted them afterward, expecting at least a sincere gesture or partial refund, but they simply said the AC was “working” and offered no compensation whatsoever. Their response felt dismissive, and it clearly ignored the actual discomfort we endured.
This kind of service is not what I would expect from a professional hospitality business. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
