There were several things that could have been improved regarding this stay, man little things like the bathroom toilet lid did not fit on the commode, there were no hangers in the room, the room cleaning was spotty, the TV controller did not work well etc. Overall, the hotel stay was average minus - breakfast was okay but cleanliness & attention to detail was poor. We will not stay there again.

Not a bad location to stay at.

Located just off of "O St" its not a bad location close to various things. The place is being remodeled. Rooms repainted, pool area redone. Yet the pool is in need if a good scrubbing. It literally has a dirty ring around the top of the pool. There is no front staff except at check in so if you need anything you have to keep dialing "O". Breakfast was fair. Ice Machine on second floor didnt work. The room though was in pretty good shape and clean. Bed was comfy and ac worked great. Shower was nice and hot. Overall a quite location and easy to get around ftom.

Not clean. Run down. 3rd floor smelled. Attendant was incredibly rude - on a personal call on his phone during the entire time he was checking me in. Website says 3 star, but I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels. Won’t be back there or any New Victorian.

Will definitely stay here again.

So my stay here was very pleasant.The Check-in was pretty seamless.The front counter staff were very, very nice respectful.Hey, ask me if there was anything else they could do for me.Anything else to get for me?They wanna buy them beyond my expectations.I recommend this hotel to any.One reasonable rates wonderful pool nice people.

Horrible housekeeping and maintenance

Had my married 23 year old 7 month pregnant daughter and her husband check in. Was marked pay at hotel. The guy checking us in was rude and didn't ask if they wanted to charge card on file or other. Theirroom had a broken fridge with black mold and a slimy substance in it. Ours had left over used soap in the shower and water puddle on the floor. Ive stayed her numerous times in the pst and never had so many issues.

Room we were given at first had mold in the shower and a long the floor boards. Asked for a different room and it was much better. Was asked if we used something in the moldy room when we asked for a switch which made me question if they are going to address the issue.

Uncomfortable

Upon arrival, man upfront was not able to check me in so I had to wait for another person. This same person barked and taunted at my dog when I took my dog outside to use the bathroom. Very unprofessional

Won’t stay again

We checked in as a group of 6. Got to the room but no linens for the hide away bed and not enough towels so i went sown to get them. After getting ready for bed we encountered a plugged toilet. Went down and the gentleman said come back in 10 min and i will tell you if housekeeping is coming or if you will be moved to a different room. 10 minutes later we’re given a different room key. That key didn’t work, went downstairs and he re-activated it but it still didn’t work. Went downstairs again and was given a key to yet another room and it worked. The hide away couch bed had a very thin mattress but the regular beds were very comfy.

Great rate and location! Offered a continental breakfast too! Only cons, mattresses were horribly uncomfortable and the place was muggy, lots of moisture trapped in there. As an hvac guy, i couldnt tell if the pool dehumidifier was t working or if it was our ptac unit in the room. I cleaned the filters in our room and that helped a little but just muggy was all.
