Déçus par cet hotel en travaux.

Piscine fermee et travaux a partir de 7h du matin ( sympa la perceuse comme reveil). Le personnel de la reception ne s en excuse mm pas et justifie comme quoi c est ecrit en tt petit ds certains des mails recus, mais pas dans tous... donc peu clair. Pas super aimable. Periode de canicule et meme pas d'eau fraiche en libre service a la reception ( seul hotel de tout tlv à n offrir ni grignotage ni eau fraiche au lobby) Les petits dej sont quasi uniquement salés ( a part croissants et pancakes). Le personnel du petit dej est adorable.

The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time. The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time. We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star.

Close to the beach - Rooftop pool closed

Quiet hotel close to the beach. Seaside rooms have a nice view to the sea and the beach. Rooms are ok and big. No bar at the hotel. Rooftop pool closed for renovation (obviosely since months)

Poor room condition and service

Our room had a few maintenance issues (some of them preventing us from taking a shower). We called for assistance, but had to call a few times before they finally arrived. The guy claimed to have fixed the problem, but then we realized that he did not (he didn't even check to see if the problem is fixed!). We were then notified that they will only be able to fix the problem on the next day, after we check out. What a poor service!

Satisfying stay at Isrotel Sea Tower

Great location with amazing sea/beach view. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Guy is very professional and made our check in process smooth. Room is very spacious for two. The gym is a bit basic and unfortunately the pool was closed. But we will visit again when back in TLV.

Even though it oddly protrudes from the base of a mini mall it’s one of the best options to anyone staying in Tel Aviv. First it’s south of the other hotels on busy Hayarkon street which makes it an easier access by car or by cab Second the rooms are very large and a family can easily take a junior suite these rooms have luxurious bathrooms and large closets. Third because it sits on top of a mini mall all the rooms start higher. Fourth it has a parking lot with direct access which is incredibly convenient. Fifth their breakfast buffet is excellent. Last the staff is very nice very helpful. So depending on your needs but if you don’t care for a super grand super fancy lobby that serves nothing but card about location convenience and cleanliness it’s the great deal.
