Needs renovation. Breakfast is terrible, and there’s a lady whom polices the “restaurant” area asking for tickets. She was extremely rude to some other guests.

The hotel seems old and rundown. The workers were not helpful and seem to be miserable working there. The breakfast was poor selection. The rooms did not cool sufficiently, as well as there was mold smell in the entire hotel.

Most of the time ice machines didn’t work. Microwaves were community in the hall next to those faulty ice machines. No phones in the room to ring up the desk who didn’t answer much of the time anyway. Breakfast was a joke. No eggs, muffins, English muffins or danishes. They had bagels but no cream cheese for them. Also noisy. If not people in the halls it was blared Latin music in the parking lot. They did address that when I brought it to their attention. All in all if I had to find a room in Birmingham I’d find another place.

Door didn’t come down to the floor. You could slide your whole hand underneath. Only one outlet worked in the room. Only had one towel and washcloth that didn’t have stains. Didn’t sleep in the bed. Breakfast was inadequate and very, very limited. Front desk personnel seemed to be more concerned with playing on their phones than dealing with customers. Dining options are limited. (To put it nicely)

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!! DO NOT EVERY BOOK THIS HOTEL Several people asked for there rooms or sheets to be changed because they were dirty. The manager told them no. We had the same issue and she told us to checkout because they don’t have any rooms available

We arrived at the hotel around 6:00 pm Clerk notified us there were no rooms available. We showed her our confirmation number. She repeated - no rooms available. We asked for assistance with booking at another hotel (perhaps one of their sister hotels). No reply was given. We left in frustration.

We got two rooms. My son‘s room had burn marks cigar burns on the blankets and the mattress. My room had dead stink bugs on the windowsills on the floor. The pillowcases were dusty, yellow horrible. The toilet paper was being held in the restroom with the red pen so we’ve got moved to two rooms other rooms During the night it rained my son‘s room rained came in on the bed. They had no other available rooms so he requested his money back slept in the truck couldn’t find any room and in the state we were at we couldn’t get towels for two days. It was a horrible experience and we will never return. A man came in yelling because the Uber hadn’t gone to pick them up at the airport not the Uber the people at the hotel he had to get an Uber to come pick up his car stating that was a rat infested place no good. He said no good at that point my grandson got scared. We packed up and we left. I still have not got my refund. I would totally like a whole refund, but at least my deposit would be nice. I’m still waiting on that.

This hotel was nasty when we arrived. We had dirty towels and they only gave us one face towel, but there were three people in the room and it was a double bedded room also when we requested for fresh towels the next day, they stated that they did not have any towels. There is no vents in the bathroom toilets wouldn’t flush. We had to flush them three times. The handle in the tub was broke. We had to make the broken handle work to cut the water on and off. Phones would not work at all. Hallway was hot tried to cut on the air conditioner. It would not work in the hallway. No ice machines worked in the entire building. Had to go to customer service. We were actually miserable the whole time we were there and ready to come home.

The rooms were small with the bathroom being tiny! The linens however were very nice and clean. If you wanted fresh towels or room service you had to notify the front desk. The breakfast (which was included) left a lot to be desired.

Upon checking in another guest was at the front desk with a complaint. Therefore he was interrupting my check-in process. Upon walking to the room the hallway stinks smells like mildew carpet. The top sheet on the bed had a hole in it. The mattress under the fitted sheet was stained and filthy. The mattress had a dip in it and the bed sounded as if it was about to fall from frame when getting in and out the bed.

The hotel was definitely in need of renovation, the patchwork on the walls makes the place look like it’s falling apart. Rooms were marked as non-smoking, but in the halls everything smelled like smoke. The complementary breakfast was a joke. Fresh coffee, and a danish alone would’ve been better than what was offered. The staff was OK however they did not provide any information or any details regarding the services or amenities to the hotel . For a Ramada/Wyndham facility. I was highly disappointed and will think twice before booking with them again.
