This hotel has seen better days. It feels like it was good and now no one really cares so it feels a bit gross. The staff was friendly enough. The room smelled strongly of some cleaning fluid, floor was somewhat dirty with things behind the night stand (including the clock). I wouldn't stay again.

This room was so cute! We loved it. It was nice and roomy for two people. It was also nice and clean, the only thing I disliked was the shower temperature. The water didn't get hot enough for me. I didn't complain, because it was very hot and humid outside and having a cooler water wasn't so bad. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Parking was easy as well, when we got to the hotel later Saturday night, there was no parking in the garage, but we were still able to park at the property with no issues. This hotel was also very close to everything and didn't take long to get from A to B. Would stay here again :)

This is the perfect hotel to tour New Orleans! The street car was right out front and easy to use. The hotel had ice and water filter was conveniently located on our floor. The staff was attentive and kind. They provided snacks, maps, sunscreen and smiles anytime we were in the lobby. The parking was in a garage located on the property and felt very safe! The room was large, clean, and had comfy beds.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location away from chaos but close to streetcars to take you where you want to go. Staff seem a little moody and annoyed when you ask them questions. Staff is always friendly. Rooms and hallway cleaned. Housekeep is wonderful. Be careful when booking if they are having a event on the property you may have to use a different entrance and loose access to their courtyard parking area, which is very inconvenient if you are checking out with a lot of luggage.
