Check in person was pleasant but the room was disgusting. Large cobwebs in corners, mold in bathroom, splatters on the wall, a previous persons half broken pill on the floor in bathroom, light out in bathroom. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Night clerk wanted to charge me more money for the room. I'm disabled and when I didn't want to pay he sent us to a room way down to the end of the hotel to a room with no heat. There was only a total of 5 room occupied, per other staff. We have stayed before and had other issue management doesn't seem to carecareabout their customers.some

The staff was at the desk were very nice but the hotel itself needs some attention. The outside is a bit of a mess (trash overflowing etc) and the treadmill was broken. There was a smoke detector in one of the rooms that literally chirped for three days. The pool and breakfast were fine and it’s a decent place to stay if traveling with your dog as its pet friendly.

Hotel hallways seemed dirty and unkempt but the room was thankfully clean. Simple breakfast offerings like cereal, yogurt, muffins, waffle maker, hot scrambled eggs, sausage links. Same variety both days of stay. Pool was okay for the kids.

The staff was very nice but the hotel needs care. The treadmill was broken and there was a smoke detector literally beeping for three days. Our first room keys didn’t work so we got another room. Those keys were randomly turned off in the middle of our stay. It was easily fixed but slightly inconvenient. The continental breakfast was not bad. No a bad stay overall but there are some things that need to be addressed.

The housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel was not good. Our room was clean, but the commons area, like the breakfast area was dirty with food left spilled on the the counters and tables and flies everywhere. We did not eat breakfast there for the rest of our stay. Ice machine did not work, had to get our keys reactivated three times, windows and glass doors were filthy with smears and fingerprints all over, and the grounds had overfilled garbage that was not dumped for our entire 5-day stay. The whole hotel needs an update.

Entrance to doorways were very dirty. The air conditioner heater had way too much dirt in. It wouldn’t want to get legionnaires disease.!! sheets were clean towels were white. That was good. The breakfast nook was dirty. The microwave was horrendous. We did not eat there.

Staff did not seem to care about customer service other than the young man first checking us in. He was very pleasant and hospitable. At breakfast the staff members were sitting at the desk visiting, had to as for eggs, cups, coffee, sausage, their attitude was un acceptable, will probably never stay at a Quality Inn again, lights in parking lot were mostly out, entry ways very dirty

Scary

We got in late after crossing the boarder. The gentleman at the front desk was really friendly. We booked two rooms one being a dog friendly room. That room smelled really bad the floor was wet and the sheets covered in stains. The other room had a leaking ceiling. The bathroom floor was covered in water and if you sat on the toilet the water dripped down on your head from the exhaust fan. The breakfast was cold and not maintained at all the girls working there were not attentive to the food at all and many things were missing or like rubber. The tables were dirty and the garbage can in the dinning area looked like it came from a construction site. It was filthy. When I mentioned all of this to the front desk in the morning she had nothing to say. Would not recommend this hotel ever.

Room was decent but building and parking lot was run down a fair bit. They had what seemed to be long term people staying there and made coming and going a bit uncomfortable considering they hung around the area by the entry doors closest to our room. I don’t think I will stay there again, pay a little more money to feel comfortable coming and going especially in the evening.
